Allison Olshove
Allison Olshove is a nationally certified and Arizona licensed physician assistant who graduated from Northern Arizona University out of downtown Phoenix. She is a native Arizonan, obtaining her undergraduate degree in biology with an emphasis in pre-medicine from Grand Canyon University. Much of her experience in medicine prior to being a PA was as a medical scribe for 5 years in both emergency medicine and cardiology. Allison was an EMT-certified patient care technician at HonorHealth John C. Lincoln Medical Center’s Emergency Department in central Phoenix for 2 years.
She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants, as well as the Association of Physician Assistants in Cardiology. She is excited to be part of our team and offer great care to our patients. She works at Banner Boswell Medical Center and Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center.

Katharine Ross
Katharine is a NCCPA certified and Arizona licensed physician assistant who was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona. She studied physiology and Spanish at the University of Arizona in Tucson, graduating with her Bachelor degree in December of 2018. She then spent the next year and a half working as an orthopedic assistant at a private hand surgery practice in North Phoenix. She graduated from Midwestern University in 2022 with her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies, graduating at the top of her class. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is passionate about cardiology and building strong relationships with her patients. She works at Banner Boswell Medical Center and Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center
